I would like to pray for Wycliffe members
We live and work in Papua New Guinea, a country with more than 800 different languages. We invest ourselves in the education of people. Our desire is that the Bible permeates the whole life in all its facets and that God's kingdom increases.
Antonia works in the training center and helps to train locals who translate the Bible into their mother tongue.
Both of us are involved in the Onobasulu language translation project. We train and support the local translation team.
Because we don't just want the Bible to be translated, but also read, and that lives are changed, Johann promotes a new initiative, called EETrU: Encourage Existing Translation Use. For that purpose, he and his team visit different people groups which already have a New Testament and help them to overcome the barriers that limit the use of the Bible so far.
