As Personnel Director, I am responsible for the following tasks together with my team:
- Accompany interested applicants in the process and prepare them for their assignment
- Care for employees during employment/ deployment
- Support employees returning to Switzerland
- Dealing with labor law and social security issues.
I grew up in Switzerland where I completed my training as a human resources specialist and studied theology (IGW). In total, before I joined Wycliffe, I worked in a church for around 12 years and in human resources for 9 years in various industries. I have been part of the Wycliffe team in Biel since 2022 and it is a pleasure for me to support our employees who are committed to many different aspects of Bible translations.
